Let's face it - we don't always have access to the locations that our scenes may take place in. And even if we did, it's not exactly easy (or cheap) to film in a jail... Or a hospital room... Or a bar, or any public place really.

Even locations that might seem simple, like a living room or bedroom, can cause undesired complications with traffic noise, loud neighbors, or other limitations. Not to mention, not many people are thrilled with the idea of 20-30 crew members tracking dirt and equipment through the halls and taking over their house or apartment for the day.

That's where a sound stage comes in. You can film your scene(s) in a place designed for filming and unlike other sound stages, we don't limit you to just one set!  Use as many of our standing sets as you like that work for your specific project, all for the same low rate!!

Crew Size 31-60 People: Please contact us for a custom quote. 50% Deposit required to book, balance charged 7 days before booking. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to scheduled shoot date for refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 21 days in advance will be liable for full booking amount. An additional $100/hr cleaning fee applies to crews that do not cleanup after shooting (cleaning checklist provided).**Student Discount applies to crews who present valid student ID and letter from school verifying project is for a film class.
